Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Authorization
By purchasing a package, you confirm you are the authorized cardholder or have permission to complete the transaction. Unless otherwise provided by law or by a Service offer, all payments are final and non-refundable. If The Client believes that Stacking Clients has charged The Client in error, The Client must contact Stacking Clients within 30 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 30 days old. Stacking Clients reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at Stacking Clients's sole discretion. If Stacking Clients issues a refund or credit, Stacking Clients is under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund (minus a 10% admin fee) only if the project is canceled before onboarding begins. No refunds will be issued after scripting, setup, or automation work has started.
Non-Refundable Items
• Services rendered after script approval or onboarding
• Setup or deliverables already completed
• Unused services due to client delay or lack of response
• Revisions or updates beyond the included scope
Legal Terms
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for external factors, including ad platform performance or lead quality.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on all project-related materials, conversations, and strategies for a period of 3 years after termination.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a dispute or chargeback, you must contact [email protected] and give us 7 business days to resolve the issue in good faith.
Chargeback Policy
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
• Suspension of services
• Reversal of licensing rights to any delivered materials
• Legal recovery of chargeback fees and related costs
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
